Private sessions are the perfect way to train with purpose, rebuild confidence, and get the support your body needs. Held in a fully equipped Pilates studio in Rose Bay, each session is tailored to your goals — whether you’re focused on strength, recovery, or simply moving better day to day.

 

Work one-on-one using the full studio apparatus (reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair, spine corrector and more) with expert guidance designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more in control of your body.
