Founded by Dena Ross, a qualified Pilates instructor with a background in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology, each session blends the foundations of clinical Pilates with the energy of functional training.
Dena brings years of experience — from working with professional athletes to everyday movers — but what truly sets her apart is the passion and care she brings to every individual she teaches. Her instruction is detailed, encouraging, and grounded in a genuine commitment to helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more connected in your body.
